As a recruiter who is being bombarded with applicants holding degrees, would you go for MSCE holder? not to say MSCE holders are less qualified, but rather a reflection of current competition.

A bank teller does not need a degree. There is hardly a difference between them and till operators in Chipiku yet the other now requires a degree. By the way the minimum entry was MSCE just in 2013 for almost all banks. Come 2014, they started raising the bar.
