Hey everyone — I’ve been seeing a lot of really weird posts about Kyedae and me that are creating false narratives and spreading unnecessary hate — it’s really disheartening to see. We parted on completely mutual terms, and we still care deeply about each other. It honestly hurts so much to see her being attacked when we BOTH supported each other through insanely difficult times. I also quit playing pro of my own accord and was never influenced by her to quit. People’s goals can change over time, and that is just what happened with me. In a healthy relationship, there should never be comparisons about who sacrificed more or gave more — that mindset is immature and helps nobody. All I ask is that you please respect Kyedae as a person and respect the decision we made together. This kind of pointless “drama” is exactly why having a relationship in the public eye can be so draining. She is also still dealing with ongoing health issues, which makes the negativity being spread even more heartbreaking and unfair. Thank you for understanding, and once again, please respect our decision.

To be clear about what this depicts: An immigration officer threw a woman onto the ground. Alex Pretti, a registered nurse on scene as a legal observer, is filming and goes to help the woman up. He is then pepper sprayed and thrown to the ground for no discernible reason. Many officer surround and assault him; one removes his firearm, which police say appears to have been legally registered. They then execute him with a hail of bullets. They are, objectively speaking, both cowards and criminals, while Pretti is what we teach people an American ought to be.

A statement from the family of Alex Pretti, obtained by CNN: "We are heartbroken but also very angry. Alex was a kindhearted soul who cared deeply for his family and friends and also the American veterans whom he cared for as an ICU nurse at the Minneapolis VA hospital. @ishisnthere Traditional bullshit grinds my gears - uplift each other and help each other. I take pride in OUR house which means I share the load of taking care of it. Same with our careers, mental health, etc, etc. Also someone's "50" can change week to week! We're all human on god.

@ishisnthere For sure. I also think in the inverse, proportionality OF finances is far more important than just, "someone paying more". I make X% more, so I pay X% more of the expenses. I wouldn't dream of leveraging that to say, "I make more so you should do all the chores :)"

Planes have a MEL (Minimum Equipment List) that is looked over by a tech and given to the pilot denoting something like this - probably fine but bring it up after landing.
