@flysaa_care @flysaa – you FAILED to communicate. You FAILED to plan. You FAILED to take responsibility. You FAILED to treat a living being with even basic decency. Never again. I will never fly with you. Not for me, and definitely not with my dog.

I need everyone to know how utterly DISGUSTING my experience with @flysaa @flysaa_care was. This was the worst flight of my life — but even worse, they TRAUMATIZED my dog. A living, breathing animal was treated like forgotten luggage. Let me break it down. 👇

I missed my shuttle and only left the airport 4 hours late, extra transport costs, emotional distress for me, and my dog completely wrecked. I’m beyond livid.

He spent OVER 7 HOURS locked in his carrier — no food, no water, no bathroom break, no stretch, nothing. When I finally got him, he was panting, shaking, distressed. TRAUMATIZED. You don’t do that to animals. Ever.

No call. No text. No warning. Nothing. Just radio silence while my dog was left behind on another flight. I only got him back 45 MINUTES after his delayed flight landed.

My dog was MISSING. I was sent from baggage claim to cargo and back again, dealing with clueless staff and zero accountability. Hours later, a manager confirmed the unthinkable: THEY LEFT MY DOG BEHIND in Cape Town.

Next day, SA326: pure chaos. Overbooked flight, long queues, people being denied boarding. Flight was delayed again. I eventually got on. But the real nightmare began when I landed in Joburg…

Flight SA362 was CANCELLED with ZERO warning. No email, no SMS, nothing. I only found out at the counter like a fool — after traveling to the airport WITH MY DOG. Waited 4 HOURS in limbo, no answers, dog stressed out. Absolutely unacceptable.
