@EcoCashZW blocked my PIN on the same day you had notified customers about system maintenance. I understand and acknowledge that maintenance was communicated. The problem is access to support. I tried calling 114 and it was not working. It kept saying “Merry Christmas,” and once you try to select a language the call is cut off. Why is there still no simple way to reset a PIN? I went to an EcoCash agent and was told they could not help because they “do not have the software.” I am currently in a deep rural area attending a funeral. This means I now have to wait until I get to Harare and join long queues just to resolve a basic issue. Personally, I have found the EcoCash help desk difficult to reach and slow to resolve issues when they matter most. With all the technology available today, this process feels unnecessarily painful. Is this really the best way to support customers?
