They werent illegally detained. If airport staff finds you suspicious they reserve the right to detain you. If your papers are in order, youve got nothing to hide and you can answer immigration questions you will be let go. If not you are in sh!t. They failed immigration inspection. The airport staff was just doing their job. Standard procedure anywhere in the worñd mind you

Many Nigerians are being unlawfully detained in Johannesburg airport for literally doing nothing. Most of them have complete papers with valid visas. They were strategically singled out from the crowd for nothing. The South African government needs to do the right thing and not tarnish the image of South Africa 🇿🇦 globally.
