Too many people wanting us to just spend spend spend. Keep the core together, a couple of decent additions and young players, don’t need to make any huge signings really. Dont want to end up spending 20-30m+ on players who won’t be useful in the PL if that’s the aim

Looking at sentiment here on FinX right you might think we are in the biggest bear market in the past 5 years. The only thing that has happened: - High beta growth names getting a deserved rerating - AI buildout names in a well-needed pullback - Space stocks coming back to earth to more reasonable valuations - KOSPI finally trying to find a stable level - Defense stocks in a correction after a multi-year overextended run Meanwhile the SP500 still sits an all-time high. And the reason is simple. While it might not seem that way when you scroll to your feed here, there are actually other names in the stock market than just the popular names floating around here. That's what I like about my portfolio. It's not just AI buildout. Far from it. Amongst other I hold: $NVO: up 40% in 3 months $DLO: up 30% from recent bottom $BABA: up 23% in just two weeks $SE: up 30% in 1 the last month I certainly did not fully capture the potential of some of the memory names and high beta growth names, and yes some these names I hold have not performed well before they gained some momentum. But I certainly did not chase popular tickers at very ambitious valuations just for the sake of it. But that's exactly why my portfolio is not down 40% from it's high, it's down 5%. FOMO sucks. But the plan is simple. You wait till people start complaining and YTD screenshots are in the past. Then when everyone tells you to buy the dip. You wait. And then you wait abit more. And then when you think, I don't want this shit anymore, it only goes down. That's were you buy. And we are not there yet.
