I think Mbappe is out for the rest of the season due to his injuries. However, he shouldn't be taking a vacation outside of Spain knowing that the season is still on..
Notwithstanding, I think the only way Mbappe and Vini.jr could work next season is if Vini plays at the LW, Mbappe plays at the RW and he press or tracks back whenever he losses the ball, then Endrick plays as a proper ST. Mbappe has shown us for the past 2 seaeons that he can't stay in the box and he doesn't press or track back when he loses the ball. This were the issues Luis Enrique had complained against him in PSG
