Stop waiting for “ready.” The fastest way to become who you want is to throw yourself into it. Every uncomfortable and challenging moment counts.

Business = Problem solving Here are 3 ways to find a profitable problem: • Your own (past) problems • What people around you are struggling with • Ask AI to audit your skills and link them to a problem The best option? The one you can stick to.

got referred for a community management role. i saw this message and smiled, “you were referred.” this is how i know my work is speaking. as a community manager, your real job is not just about building and handling communities. it is also building trust strong enough that people can vouch for you in rooms you are not in.

you must make 300+ replies a day to build a personal brand that’s funny here are my stats with ~60 replies per day: > clear positioning > a working reply strategy > 3 hours a day on content + interactions long-term game

If only you knew how much your competence matters. Web3 is filled with too many lazy people. They build products that only them use, and for a short period of time. Broken system, failed planning, dubious intent behind product, no value attached to it. We have many knowledgeable people but few act on their knowledge, what is the value of your knowledge if you don’t apply it ? For me one of the reasons I built a brand agency was because I saw a real issue that needed solving. Many brands were too busy to build, brands just wanted assistance to get things done better, and all I had to do was build an agency that solves all of this. Reply guying, social media management, Ghost writing. But it wasn’t just about the services we offered, it was that we showed up when no one did. We built systems, managed websites, people and structures that got things done better, faster and more effectively. Competence matters, never forget that. Kill mediocrity.

@rarejessica1 You can only be replaced if you don't adapt. Learn to be flexible and work on what you have.

Everyone is scared AI will replace them. I'm using that fear to get ahead. AI isn't coming for beginners. AI helps the people who already know what to ask. Your advantage: learn the fundamentals so you can guide AI, not fear it. This is the best time to start. Lock in!

It helps you do it faster and more efficient. Image generation, content ideas, and automation etc. The catch is, AI can amplify good marketing but it can also expose bad marketing. If your brand positioning is weak, AI won't save you. But if your messaging is clear and sharp you become a machine.

Most writers never land clients. Not because they don’t work hard. But because they treat X like a portfolio — And not like a sales funnel. Your goal on X? Your content should pull people in. Replies should also start conversations. And DMs should close the deal. Writing is the skill. Distribution is the entire business. Master both.

A few years ago, • My profile was confusing. • My sales page was too long. • My pitch was too complicated. • My offer was too vague. And I made zero sales. People make decisions fast online. Give them one clear reason to say yes, not ten. Fix it now.
