@GernaderJake I'm guessing those laid off would still be under NDA for 12 months. After that, we'll likely learn a lot more about what went on inside those walls.

They should make a movie about what happened at Bungie. Bungie took over the world with Halo. Then with Destiny, they make a magical game with a community constantly hungry and willing to pay for content. They had… everything. Most gaming companies would have KILLED to be in the position Bungie was in. Then somehow, here we are. Their magical game is dying. Their devs are being let go. Their community is shell shocked and abandoned. How in the world did we get here? Just a monumental fumble for the ages.

@GernaderJake I love the feeling of knowing I don’t have to rush through content before it goes away. The silver lining in this last update. Game more enjoyable for me that way. Though occasional updates would have been great.

@GernaderJake I have been taking it slow. Upgraded my first weapon to Tier 5 and enhanced it at the Enclace, Reckless Oracle. Love the new exotic void hand cannon in PVE stuff and feels very accurate and effective.

Ok there’s actually a million things to do in Destiny right now it’s overwhelming What have you been grinding? Any broken builds I should know of? Any insane loot farms?

@micsolana I agree 100%, in Minnesota we had this as a ballot question and the people of the state voted against Voter ID. I do believe it's because multiple issues were on the ballot (gay marriage) and it was easier for the DFL to campaign on "no on both". en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012_Minn…

I think not supporting voter ID at this point is a pretty clear indication you don’t want fair elections, and we need to stop treating people who don’t want fair elections like they have a simple difference of opinion. freedom has been a relatively brief experiment. it’s at risk.

@RobertGermano22 @OleTimeHardball For a long time I thought they retired his number 9 but I believe it was actually for Maris. Nettles was the best defensive third baseman I can remember. He flew in the air to catch balls and make great defensive plays. And was a key reason the Yankees won WS vs Dodgers

@OleTimeHardball He was not a HOF player but should be in Monument Park. The fact he’s not out there is unconscionable when you see his stature and accomplishments with some of the others that are there.

@GernaderJake It depends on the update and how well the Crucible holds up. I like farming gear and taking it into PVP. Ill stick around for as long as the playlist stays populated. Right now, the portal is keeping me out of the game.

So Destiny community, how much life are we bringing back to the game on June 9th? Are you logging on for just one day? Gonna grind out a week or so? Or are you gonna send it for a month or more? I’m thinking I want to dive back in for quite awhile…

I’ve been on a reality TV show since Thursday. Sequestered. No access to internet. No phone. I get my phone back and learn Bungie is finished with Destiny… wow. This is gonna take some time to process 😔
