What a brilliant season finale that was, I have fallen in love with these characters this season. Can't wait for S2 and really hope we get a S3 at some point too. Don't believe the haters. #StarfleetAcademy is great!

One of the things I am most impressed by in S1 of #StarfleetAcademy is how confident it is. It's set up it's characters, added depth to them all and stuck the landing, it's been a long time since I've been this satisfied at the end of a sci-fy season. 10 out of 10 for me.

@RMBee I tapped out. The special effects are Markey and cause me eye strain. None of the characters are compelling or likeable and none of them are anyone worth aspiring to. This show is left wing identity politics thinly disguised as star trek. Orville took Trek more seriously

The last episode of Starfleet Academy had the villain SURROUND THE FEDERATION with A CIRCLE of OMEGA MINES so no one could get in, or out. This is easily one of the most scientifically illiterate things I’ve ever seen in televised science fiction and I watched AUTOMAN and MANIMAL

This pushback against the LANTERNS is absolutely absurd. As a lifelong comic fan...how can you not be intrigued by a "real world" presentation of these characters?

Since everyone is talking about lanterns, I have a theory. This isnt Hals CURRENT suit. I personally think this is a very old costume of his, and now either he has a more classic GL outfit (the 2 other closet bags) or he makes his outfit with his ring, and thats what we'll see
