@RMBee @elonmusk Fine OK "Goonies" was a trojan horse to mock your democratic leanings & California values (and I had a crush on Kerri Green and wanted to be Data as a teen). "JJK" is Sorcerers fighting each others w/ spiritual curses & techniques. This is the S3 opening. youtu.be/4RWUhqbVpVc?si…

@The_MOE_Dome @elonmusk Sorry, my take on "The Goonies" is the correct one. I panned it in a review in my High School Newspaper in 1985 and I'll pan it now. Try watching the film today. It's insufferable. It's a good movie if you saw it when you were eight. I've never watched Jujutsu Kaisen.

Whenever someone from Gaza reaches out to me to ask for a donation, I ask whether they have heard of Vivian Silver, who dedicated her life to helping the people of Gaza and was then murdered and burned alive by the people of Gaza on October 7th. Not once was there a response of remorse, regret, shame, or any kind of sympathy to her. Not once.

Gaza was a testing ground for a “two state solution”. Israel pulled out in 2005. They forcefully removed their own Jewish communities. Some had been there for about two thousand years. The world was buzzing with excitement. Because if Gaza worked—despite the broken offers of the past—a two state solution would be viable. Many people believed this was a step in the right direction. There was hope. Israel had done something very painful—hoping for peace. All the Arabs had to do was not try kill Jews. Use the billions flowing in wisely. A chance to build a prototype mini state on the beach. To take care of their people. The sky was the limit. The violence started almost immediately, unfortunately. Rockets and terror. Then October 7th happened. These terrorist animals filmed themselves butchering innocent people in the most horrific ways. Killing with a barbaric glee. Now the world expects Israel to give them a state? You must be out of your bloody mind. Imagine a situation similar to Gaza, but only bigger. With an airport and access to advanced weaponry. It’s insane. The two state solution is dead. The useful idiots in the West will keep egging on the Palestinians. To keep fighting. To keep “resisting”. Unfortunately, they will continue fighting. And continue losing. The lives of innocents in Gaza will continue to deteriorate. That cycle will continue until most have left Gaza. It’s a sad story all around.

Are Chinese people in Britain chased down the street for what Beijing does to Uighurs? Are Russians here hunted for Ukraine? Are Afghans attacked over how women are treated back home? No. But Jews are singled out, blamed, and targeted for Israel. The hypocrisy isn’t even subtle.

The legendary 2.5+ hour Assembly Cut of Joe Dante's GREMLINS is real, and it just screened in Los Angeles. Here's everything we know about the rough extended cut that star Zach Galligan calls "a total revelation": bloody-disgusting.com/movie/3949430/…

The long-running conspiracy doesn’t end with NASA—it ends with India. For decades, Apollo 11’s 1969 landing has fueled theories of staged scenes. But now, an independent space agency has stepped in with clarity. India’s Chandrayaan-2 orbiter passed over the Sea of Tranquility, capturing high-resolution imagery of the exact landing site. Inside that marked circle lies the Lunar Module’s descent stage—the very structure Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin left behind. Captured by ISRO, not NASA, this image stands as powerful third-party confirmation: the hardware remains exactly where it was left over 50 years ago.

When Druze civilians were being massacred by Syrian regime forces and allied militant groups in July, much of the world stayed silent. Israel was the only country to act militarily to stop the killing. While much of the world condemns Israel when it acts, Sheikh Hikmat al-Hijri – spiritual leader of Syria’s Druze community – provides a powerful reminder that when vulnerable minority communities in the region are targeted, Israel is often the only country willing to act in their defence. @think_starwars Star wars was "cool" for exactly 2 movies. 😆 @RMBee talks about how by the time rotj came out he was a teen and SW with the ewoks had become a "kids thing" vs the 80s darker sci-fi movies available. (Sorry Rob if I'm not exactly accurate).

Steveo💡Thinking StarWars❗️
RANT:🤯Star Wars has been "niche" since before the Prequels. Once the EU began to give the fans books, comics, and video games with so much variety, Star Wars became personalized. It was no longer just a debate on Luke vs Han for your favorite good guy. Now we had other stories to claim as "our" Star Wars. Once the prequels came out and were different than the OT, some fans were ready to pounce! The fracturing of the fandom was on public display. The Vitriol against George was real. In 2026, the cycle is just repeating itself with a new "bad guy" in Disney. Filoni and Kathleen Kennedy get the ire George got! Meanwhile for every hater and naysayer there's a new fan beginning their Star Wars journey with something from the vast library of stories available. Maybe it's niche, but it's a diverse and powerful niche. Just enjoy what you like, pick and choose. Re-watch the old stuff. Re-read the old stuff. Stay up until 3am to watch the new stuff. Get in line on May 21st with $20 IMAX tickets and $99 Popcorn AT-AT and Grogu cup! You do you and stop acting like it's still not the greatest franchise with the greatest stories!
Bob Barker@Capt_Barker

@ManaByte When interest around what used to be an evergreen international cross cultural phenomenon collapses to the point it becomes niche….. that is when something is not good. This has been my TED talk

#fuze is an expertly crafted, beautifully directed, really well acted and cast, and very tightly scripted thriller. It deserves to be a big hit. But nobody knows it’s playing in theaters. Shame.

Romans took us as slaves to Europe. They stole our Jewish kingdoms, burned our Holy Temple, and stole our most precious and holy objects. They mass slaughtered 1.1 MILLION Jews and ethnically cleansed most of the rest of the millions of Jews living on our sacred land for thousands of years. They renamed our land "Syria Palaestina" We returned to our home, the land that our entire culture, religion, traditions, and language revolve around. Now people are trying to tell us we do not belong because Arab colonizers tried to commit genocide against us after the United Nations gave each of us a state: one for Jews and one for Arabs. Jews will never again leave our homeland. We will never again be at the mercy of others. Jews in the diaspora will always have a safe haven to return to, one with an army and, more importantly, with Hashem's divine protection. I could not care less if anyone is hurt over Jews having self determination in our own ancestral homeland. Trust me, we *do* *not* *care* Go ahead and have your feelings about it. We are home.

Left anti-Semitism is not a random prejudice; it is a structured political weapon that turns Jew hatred into a method of controlling everyone else.
