My NY's resolution was simple: commit to laying out my clothes the night before. Two weeks in and the ripple effects have been insane (maybe I'm in the minority, but for some reason just never prioritized doing this). Removing early-day cognitive load compounds faster than almost any habit I’ve tried.

@Nicholas_West Hey man, super excited for the winter drop. Would love more sizing indicators on the site for certain pieces. Details like height/weight of the model are always useful and help (me) to make decisions faster on products.

Bandit Running's Winter 2025 drop is crazy. Really cool idea to add internal pockets into long sleeves that come with reusable handwarmers, which can be activated with a pinch after being heated in a microwave.

Group chats need backyard rules again. No background ChatGPT assists. Too much fact-checking lately. Opinions should be unverified and half-baked, like God intended. The fear of looking stupid keeps society intact.

Inside Bandit Running’s NYC Marathon pop-up.

Nothing happens overnight. Building a brand is more an endurance game than anything. Brick by brick.

But our biggest leaps have always come by way of what we call "beautiful constraints" We could never had gotten to the level of production that we're at now, if we hadn't taken it step by step, with calculated risks along the way. And by doing it ourselves, so that we could lead bigger and bigger teams over time to pull off the kind of storytelling we're doing now. Here was the final product for our first ever video vignette.

The Evolution of Bandit Content: Yesterday (previous post), we released our most ambitious piece of content yet. The set looked like a soundstage. Tons of people across production, lighting, makeup, etc. But it took years to get to a point where we were ready to invest in this level of storytelling. Mistakes made. Learnings capitalized upon. A mountain climbed to get here. So, to bring it back to our first campaign to put everything into perspective for fellow brand-builders...
