@j00ny369T No Mate, that is not! This is just a cheap attempt to get away with one coat of paint. Also, the windows are not covered so there WILL be overspray and on a multi level building like that the clean up will be Huge ! You can't see it on the clip, it cannot pick up the fine details

@CosmicGaiaX So if the coating is not binding to the substrate the almost certain result is delamination (peeling). The coating cannot resist any moisture or movement and will therefore start to peel or crack.
