Gyms bros in their 40's and beyond with a stiff lower back and shallow breathing are good at hiding their physical limitations and ailments behind their exercise machines and barbells made muscles. Can't deep squat, can't run, can't breathe, can't move properly in most ways. Have preserved the image of fitness, but almost not much of its diverse functions. I'm not "hating", I'm trying to open eyes. Because how your body is behaving and aging now already determines how your body is gonna feel and perform in your old days.
