I'm VERY confident that macro counting is one of the worst strategies for long term health. These people are extremely fragile when they don't get their meals on time. They're always stressed about macros. And the diet encourages them to swap healthy fats for synthetic proteins. (Married to one. But also know others). These people will not consider fasting. Everything is viewed through a counting lens. Good for the mirror version of yourself and for shedding body fat. I'm pretty sure it will cause cancer and other problems

"Buy an EV and forget about gas prices" is a pretty dumb narrative for dumb people. You can't discount fuel's transportability. It stores energy for free forever. Not the same as relying on the utility company to keep delivering power to your house in exchange for fiatbux
