Late last week AFCA (The Australian Financial Complaints Authority) knocked back the initial claim from ex @CollingwoodFC defender Nathan Murphy regarding head trauma insurance. Murphy has been told to re-submit because his injuries only reach part of the definition for a full payout, but not a full payout.
