@wblakegray I think most restaurant owners would rather do away with tipping and all of the service charges and go with an all inclusive model- the problem is you would need all the restaurants in a state/region to be on board. One of the first thing a guest looks at online are menu price-

I'm really tired of restaurants telling the media they can't pay a living wage without charging a service charge (which a new CA law will eliminate.) Bullshit! If your precious tasting menu cost $200 with a 20% service charge, now it costs $240. Simple. And way more honest.
