They got destroyed. Marineford: The goal was to save Ace, not to beat Akainu. Complete defeat. Whole Cake: They came to save Sanji and left Big Mom standing. Barely escaped. Egghead: The goal was to save Vegapunk. They failed to save Stella and had to be bailed out by Joyboy’s haki. Four arcs. Zero clean wins. Now look at Elbaph. Did Oda open the arc saying Luffy has to defeat Imu? No. Imu showed up mid-arc as a total shock. Elbaph started with Usopp’s dream, Loki’s story, and the Nika legend.
