My last season playing, my lad said he wanted to play football so I said I would hang up my boots so I could take him… but I’m not coaching… 7 years later I have coached his team since then, coached my daughter from mini kickers - current U11’s, coached various other teams, completed my UEFA B Licence, Level 2 GK and Futsal, and stated my own coaching business. It’s been mad how quick it’s gone, and it’s been a ride and a half. I definitely was not equipped to coach my son at first and found it so hard, but I’ve learned so many lessons and developed so much as a person through coaching! So big thanks to my son and daughter for helping me progress and be part of their journey, my wife for standing by me while I’m out every night and weekend after a full weeks work and all the players and coaches I have met along the way! #AppreciateTheMoments @GRFootball

The average publican makes around 12-20p profit per pint. Pubs are one big tax collection service in the eyes of The Treasury. It’s time this age old trade is supported instead of being targeted by clueless politicians. The Government takes TEN times what the publican does.
