Gap in the market discovered. I tried searching youtube for scifi book news and found one guy doing fantasy book news, lots of people with top 10 lists and THAT'S IT. No one has a regular showing of news in sci fi books. If anyone wants to start it, I'll be your first subscriber.

Found a freelancer networking website where to sign up you need to already be a successful freelancer (i.e. have a client network). If I want a network but don't have one, I can't sign up. But if I had a network, I wouldn't need to sign up would I. Who makes buinesses like this?!

Took me a minute to find an email I was waiting on because an automatically applied update switched on the Focused/Other filter and hid the email from me. We need a term for this kind of tech mess up. Auto-broke or update-barred.

How typical that on the day I was going to start a new routine I wake up with a big headache and can do Jack All.

Tried an experiment to exercise/read more. Walked on treadmill while reading physical book, moderate success. Played board game while listening to audiobook, went badly. Played Minecraft while listening to audiobook, went well. Will do more of A and C in the future.

Thinking about people who have AI psychosis and the uncanny valley. While we have built-in defences against things that look sort of like us, we don't have any for things that talk sort of like us.
