Tomo goes out and buys all of the parts again for the PC that is "missing" costing me an arm and a leg. They've now told me the case is suspended for 10 days as they believe they've "found" the missing PC...

Oh an the last note. Yes, I'll be covering all of the costs on my end for a replacement of the full PC, as well as the damaged 5080 in the other caused by dpd. I might not be as big as these companies, but it's my job to provide the customer with a functional product.
