The only time I was ever pressured into disclosing my “preferred pronouns” was when my (then) Minnesota-based employer of 12 years, tried forcing all employees to disclose their sexual preferences and vaccination status. Employees (from all walks of life) rightfully pushed back!

What do you say to someone who asks you: "What are your pronouns?"

I've had this happen as a doordash driver they have codes for orders usually, for people who've had their orders stolen frequently and if they don't have the correct code, then I can't hand it to them and they get mad cuz they won't give the code or wrong one and, if id given them the food and it turns out they're not the person who ordered it than I'd get in trouble, it's simple either give the correct code or I can't give you the order I've had it happen for food and items that people use doordash to deliver it's a security measure

I was subjected to a vicious smear campaign, accused of being an imminent, violent threat, and fired with no severance, from my job of 12 years at U.S. Bank for “encouraging debate”. I can’t speak to the validity of this story, but these targeted witch hunts absolutely do happen.

@grant_melson You honestly had me there for a second! Sadly, there exists a large swath of the population, who genuinely seem to believe that net worth directly translates into liquidity (and won’t be told otherwise).

Can’t believe this guy’s goal is to hoard a $10T net worth. I would think with all that wealth, he would use it to help people more. Like ending deaths in car accidents, or providing affordable transport for everyone, or offering internet to isolated people groups or something.

Trans women are biological women. It's a scientific fact. Trust the science, when has it ever been wrong in the past? Never! Trans women are women. Trans men are men.

I’m currently writing this from Vietnam (I’ve also been to Tokyo a half dozen times in the past two years), and that’s very disappointing to hear. Asia has largely remained a bastion of sanity, while the west is systematically and deliberately being destroyed from within. I generally maintain a “live and let live” mindset, and in a normal world, it would be hard to argue the validity of your statement. The problem is that it’s bled into the fabric of our society, and some have faced very real consequences, including job loss, for not blindly embracing whatever false narrative or deviant behavior is fashionable in the moment. Believe me- I know.

There are trans-identifying men who steal used menstrual waste from bathroom trash cans and re-use it themselves. To be clear - these men are inserting used tampons, or walking around in someone else’s dirty pads, all for the purposes of sexual gratification. The violation of it is almost as disturbing as the behavior itself. Men have no business in women’s spaces.
