hot take: if your library has a Some.Module and Some.Module.Simple, the simple one should be renamed to Some.Module, and the other one should be renamed to Some.Module.Internal. saying that there's an easier alternative in your library is bad marketing for it, thats the baseline

I worked at a small startup. Both CEO and CTO sat at the same desk with me. Yet, I was just quietly doing my tasks. Big mistake. Here’s what I could’ve done differently: 1. Ask them about current revenue streams and major factors impacting them 2. What prevents pursuing other businesses opportunities 3. What are the main struggles for other teams 4. What’s our biggest cost centre and how we can reduce costs 5. What’s the business roadmap for the next year I trusted too much they have a holistic view of the company when I should’ve taken more initiative to drive the company and bring real value.
