1/ I read about Bitcoin for the first time in 2011… and ignored it. In 2016, I couldn't ignore it a second time. That moment changed my life. Since then, I’ve been deep in Crypto, AI, and Web3—building, strategizing, and helping shape the future. A thread about who I am 🧵👇

(Netzfund)

Most AI + blockchain projects are neither good AI nor good blockchain. But there is one intersection worth taking seriously: using AI to make governance proposals readable. A 40-page CIP is not a barrier to bad actors. It is a barrier to normal token holders.

Investing teaches you to read systems from the outside. Building teaches you where the assumptions break. You can hold an asset for seven years and still be wrong about how it actually works under load.

The decentralization problem is not an engineering problem. Engineers keep solving it. The system keeps centralizing anyway. It's an incentive design problem — and those are much harder to solve.

Decentralization is not a property you build into a system once. It's a property you have to keep paying for. The moment the incentives stop supporting it, the system starts drifting toward concentration.

Scale economies don't disappear in decentralized systems. They just express themselves differently — as mining pool dominance, staking concentration, governance capture. The mechanism changes. The outcome doesn't.

We keep building decentralized systems and watching them centralize. Mining pools. Staking concentration. DAO voter apathy. The pattern is consistent. The explanation is simple. The solution is not.

Decentralization is not a technical property. It's an economic equilibrium. And economic systems have gravity — they centralize. The question is never "are we decentralized?" It's "how much energy does it take to stay that way?"

Every decentralized system contains a centralizing force. Not because of bad design. Because rational actors accumulate advantages — and advantages compound. This is not a bug. It's what economics predicts.

antigravity is quietly becoming the most dangerous tool in automation. i've been testing it for 2 weeks and here's what nobody's talking about: you can build entire n8n workflows without ever opening n8n. not drag and drop. not templates. not watching a 45-minute youtube tutorial from some course seller. you describe what you want. antigravity builds it. here's what i shipped this week from a single antigravity session: → restaurant reservation no-show recovery system (texts customer, offers reschedule, logs to CRM) - 8 min → real estate lead scoring pipeline (scrapes zillow inquiries, scores by budget, routes to agents) - 12 min → fitness studio class waitlist + auto-fill (cancellation triggers SMS to next 3 on list) - 6 min → HVAC seasonal maintenance reminder engine (customer history → personalized outreach → booking link) - 9 min → auto-invoice generator that fires the moment a job is marked complete - 4 min 5 workflows. 39 minutes total. zero nodes dragged. consultants would quote $12K-$25K for this package and deliver it in 6-8 weeks. the entire game just shifted and most people building automations haven't noticed yet. i put together a free PDF breaking down exactly how to set this up: → antigravity → n8n deployment pipeline (step by step) → all 5 prompts above (copy-paste ready) → 4 advanced prompts for multi-system workflows → how to connect it to synta MCP for self-healing → pricing guide for selling these to local businesses comment "ANTIGRAVITY" and i'll send it. (must be following for DM)

This should probably be a paid course. It’s basically my full @Lovable workflow. I spent weeks recording this. 10 modules covering everything: → Planning inside ChatGPT/Claude → Building the entire frontend and backend → Adding AI features → Stripe payments → Deploying to production The same workflow I've refined after shipping 40+ SaaS for clients and refined after teaching 650+ builders. If you stick to this, you will be able to ship your SaaS in the next 10 days. I promise you that. Comment “LOVABLE” and I will DM you the link.

The friction is evaporating. When the "Software" is the "Service," you don't manage a subscription—you manage an Intent. Scale is no longer limited by your headcount, but by the clarity of your prompts.

SaaS is dead. Long live "Services as Software." In 2026, the era of paying for "seats" and "access" is a relic. We’ve entered the age of paying for Outcomes. Here is why your tech stack is about to get a 10x upgrade. 🧵
