Premium Bonds vs S&S ISA: Premium Bonds: 4.4% prize rate, zero risk S&S ISA: ~7-8% historical, market risk I use to hold Premium bonds but sold it all to buy bitcoin in 2020. I still like premium bonds though. Premium bonds are a good way of keeping an emergency pot of money. Everything else in ISA. Anyone hold premium bonds?

@johnbbeta Long intros had their day imo. Especially in dnb/jungle where sometimes not much is really happening for 1:30min before the drop. eg a lot of old good looking stuff, 7+ min tracks that don’t need to be more than 5. However 16 bar intros r stupidly short and hate Spotify for that

I’m making my track intros shorter these days because that’s how people consume music now. It’s a challenge to get the vibe across in 15 seconds, but it keeps the production sharp. Agree or do you miss the 2-minute build?

@data_barbs For ages I’ve put off buying premium bonds. But after I max out my ISA as soon as new tax year is in, and recently hitting 6 figures in my GIA, aswell as maxing SIPP, I have £50k spare. Is now a good time to consider premium bonds??

Basically me 😂🤣. Dumps money into S&P and a few other ETF’s at the start of every month. Max out my ISA/ premium bond (hoping for that £1m win) and do nothing. I spend around £500 a month playing with single stocks for the sake of it. I don’t have any of my investing apps on my phone, and only use Revolut Trading to buy single stocks. Very boring investor but boring also pays and I am okay with that.
