@MausMichel @factsCruncher Het gaat me vooral over de vergelijking van de belastingdruk. Liquidatiereserve vergelijken met personenbelasting is niet correct. Om te oordelen of het systeem goed of slecht is, denk ik dat je naar de risicopremie moet kijken vh vertraagd tov onmiddellijk uitkeren.

@MausMichel @factsCruncher Wanneer je de totale belastingdruk daarop vergelijkt met de personenbelasting ga je voorbij aan het risico en de vertraging die ermee gepaard gaan. Onmiddellijk uitkeren is onderhevig aan RV en bijgevolg een totale belastingdruk van 47,5%

@MausMichel @factsCruncher Vooraleeer je een liquidatiereserve kan uitkeren moet je 5 jaar wachten met het risico dat de reserve niet meer beschikbaar is, waarop je dan wel al 10% betaald hebt. Het is een aanmoediging om vertraagd winst uit te keren met onmiddellijke inkomsten voor de overheid.
