Sources: Syracuse is working to finalize a deal to hire Siena coach Gerry McNamara as the school’s next head coach, per me and @jeffborzello. McNamara won a national championship as a player at Syracuse and led Siena to the NCAA Tournament this year.

And the best way to accomplish that is by improving the interior offensive line before worrying at all about RB (especially when the RB room has Skatt and Tracy) It’s wild to me some Giants fans lived through the 2018-23 Barkley era with no run blocking and still doubt this fact

Ehh. I think that the NBA became a bigger business, and as such, began to look at more aspects of the game from a numbers perspective. From that perspective - money “ruined” it. Or at least changed it pretty dramatically.

I'm hearing that #Giants guard focus right now includes Daniel Faalele, after Alijah Vera-Tucker negotiations became too rich. The 6-foot-8 (!) Faalele has familiarity with Harbaugh from #Ravens and Matt Nagy likes big interior offensive linemen.
