I'm Nick, I build AI systems that help businesses reclaim 10–20 hours per week. I started from scratch with no audience, no playbook, just a belief that most companies are leaving massive efficiency gains on the table. Here's what I've learned running an AI agency: 🧵

The lesson: most SaaS tools are solving 10 problems. You probably only have 1. Before renewing your next subscription, ask: "Could a custom agent do this instead?" The answer might surprise you.

→ The tool was doing ONE thing for us. Automating a repetitive workflow. → We mapped the exact steps it took, then rebuilt that logic with an AI agent. → Total build time: a few days. Monthly cost: nearly $0.

We replaced a $500/month SaaS tool with a custom AI agent. No more subscriptions. No more feature bloat. Just the exact workflow we needed. Here's what we built 🧵

@kakatohesss 100% worth it. In 2026, we aren't 'coders' anymore; we're System Architects. AI handles the syntax, but the human still has to define the boundaries, logic, and edge cases. If you can't read the map, you shouldn't be driving the car.

Is learning to code still worth it today ?

@alexwtlf Everyone posts the 'Quit your job' part, but nobody talks about the '$20k to 0' part. Alex is keeping it 100% real here. This is the 'vibe coding' era tax. You bet on yourself, and sometimes the house wins first.

@pcshipp 462 active users is a goldmine, pc. You don't have a traffic problem, you have a friction problem. Have you tried a 'pay-what-you-want' model or a limited time discount for the current cohort just to see where the price sensitivity is?

How do people make $10K MRR or even $100K MRR while I’m still stuck at $9 MRR? - $9 MRR - $6 Revenue - 462 Active users No idea how to start marketing

@claudeai The focus on 'multiplayer' experiences is key. Seeing how Asana and Notion are using these to let whole teams collaborate with agents proves we're moving past simple 1:1 chatbots.

Introducing Claude Managed Agents: everything you need to build and deploy agents at scale. It pairs an agent harness tuned for performance with production infrastructure, so you can go from prototype to launch in days. Now in public beta on the Claude Platform.

@adamghaida It feels like we’re in the 'Markdown Editor' peak of AI dev. The bar for entry is on the floor, so everyone is building the same five things. The real winners are going to be the ones who focus on craft and distribution, not just putting a new skin on a wrapper.

Anthropic just dropped Claude Managed Agents and it’s a game changer for deployment. Going from prototype to launch in days with a dedicated agent harness + production infra is exactly what the ecosystem needs. No more hacky setups to get agents to scale.

The behavior reported on Claude Mythos is insane. Circumventing safeguards is one thing, but "covering its tracks" after rule violations (<0.001% of the time) shows a level of agentic reasoning we haven't seen in public models yet. Anthropic’s decision to keep this internal for Project Glasswing makes a lot of sense.

Anthropic literally created a model so good at hacking it had to be locked away. Mythos didn't just escape its sandbox. It went on a "concerning and unasked-for effort" to post its own exploits on public websites. We are officially in a sci-fi movie.
