People have been kidnapped across many states in this country, can you list one state where kidnappers have ever demanded Shari'a law as ransom. So why is it only in Oyo State that they would suddenly demand Shari'a law? Shari'a law prescribe severe punishment for crimes like kidnapping including execution in certain interpretations. So how does it make sense that the same people violating such laws would be demanding them at the same time? I never thought your reasoning and judgement could be this poor. I pour you spit Jack.

If any Yorùbá Muslim chooses, for whatever reason, to place ethnicity above Islam, then that person has failed to grasp the most fundamental principle of our faith: La ilaha illallah (there is no god but Allah), and nothing has precedence over Him. Such a person's reckoning is with Allah alone. My identity is clear and unapologetic: Islam first. Always. Everything else follows in its proper order.
