🚨 THIS is the EXACT question on today’s ballot in Virginia Democrats can NEVER win without DUPING voters, and this PROVES it: “Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the General Assembly to temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming elections, while ensuring Virginia’s standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting after the 2030 census?” How does this map “restore fairness”??! 90% of House seats have just been handed to a party that only receives 52% of the vote. RIGGED.

Desk There is STILL a chance this doesn't take effect though: the Virginia Supreme Court can STRIKE IT DOWN The court is set to hear a case CHALLENGING the maps, as Democrats kept a “special session” open for TWO YEARS to force this rigged map through, potentially violating the state constitution. This is BY FAR the worst, most egregiously biased map in the country. STRIKE IT DOWN!

Temper your expectations in Virginia. They’re playing games, of course. I expect the referendum to “pass.” But regardless of the supposed outcome tonight, this ain’t over. Watch.
