New year new schema therapy training? Live online schema therapy training with two of the best ISST approved trainers. Module 1 is in May (10th - 12th) and Module 2 is in July (12th - 14th). Helen and Janis are wonderful.

It's been a heavy week in eating disorders. So a reminder: sadly not everyone will recover from an ED (yet), but evidence suggests ANYone can. Early intervention helps, but people can recover after any length of illness. & while we're not helping everyone, we need to improve.
