@Nickyj800 That’s the problem. Anymore than 40 mins and I wake up feeling like I’ve just been revived from a coma and I have to spend the rest of the day deciding if I have brain damage or not.

God fucking damn. I had a danger nap on the sofa earlier and slept for 3 hours. Now it’s time for bed I’m wide awake and no chance of sleeping. Excellent nap tho. 9/10 would risk destroying body clock again for another.
