Halibut with lemon dill, roasted potatoes with garlic and parsley, and other veggies. A bit of lemon zest on potatoes really made them shine! #ChefRat

Smoky butter poached tilapia with apple celeriac chutney. Dill pea salad and spiced carrots and homemade bread. Experimenting with some ideas and fairly pleased with the results! #ChefRat
