People rarely give up on having a car once they are used to it, but a cocktail of bikes/e-bikes/e-scooters/uber might enable more among younger cohorts to never own one.

@wapalytics @nickbowes1975 @TfL You could argue that less traffic means essential journeys are more reliable - and this benefits deliveries vehicles and taxis making those. But we also need to make deliveries more sustainable - their numbers are growing very quickly

@ShimanoSteve @centreforlondon @lambeth_council Hi Steve, we think data collection should depend on the local objectives set out by the council. The context of the pandemic was very tricky and we recommend collecting as much data as possible going forwards (but this requires resource)

@centreforlondon Any analysis of councils data collection methods? @lambeth_council only did 2x7 day traffic counts in 20 months (in Covid years) on a limited no of roads with no proper baselines. Even then, traffic on many boundary roads ⬆️
