Normalize saying "no" without explaining yourself. Normalize saying "no" to people and situations that don't align with who you are, your core values, or your goals. Normalize saying "no" to anything that triggers your mental health, irritates your soul, or destroys your peace.

Being alone when you need support will really make you look at everybody differently.

Ever notice how people who don't tolerate lies, disrespect, or deceit are always labeled difficult, unstable, crazy or bitter?

Be wary of people who constantly keep an eye on what you're doing but don't compliment or support you. Evil eye is more prevalent than ever. Monitoring spirits are watching you daily. You can feel them staring at you if you pay close attention. You're not crazy. You're awakening.
