@SlySinatraa idk, releases with huge budgets and massive hype underperforming have historically heralded bug industry shifts: e.g., big budget flops like Tora! Tora! Tora! and Hello, Dolly! helped usher in the era of New Hollywood. a GTA 6 flop could serve as a wake-up call for the industry

I fail to understand why many want this, or maybe I do. This game somehow flopping would not mean the end of high budgets and long dev cycles, the industry developed these habits overtime without Rockstar and it would keep chugging on without them.
