@danielpasg Yea, that makes sense. It's like anything you do with AI, you forget very quickly - unless you do something with the info in your own handwriting, typing or language. These's no synthesis otherwise.

A bit about me: 30 years ago, I was always in chronic pain, with crippling anxiety and a broken immune system. Since then, I’ve invested 7 figures researching the best health and performance-enhancing methods worldwide. This account exists to help people live their best lives.

I bet my mortgage Bryan Johnson will live to at least 200. Not because he spends $2,000,000/year biohacking his body. But because he developed the most evidence-based longevity blueprint anyone can follow for free:🧵

@clif_high Absolute and complete 'knowing' of the manifestation of the physical reality of the miracle by his applied thought and knowing. Focussed thought, basically.

This Jesus simulator is actually a damn good idea. Appropriately written it could actually teach people how to feel the manifestation process in their bodies. So riddle me this...how did Jesus do the miracles? Like the 'physics' of them? here you go....free knowledge to change your reality. Someone do me a favor and kick a copy to the jesus simulator designer guys. May provide them with a few ideas. clifhigh.substack.com/p/the-eyes-to-…

The world is burning less, not more That's contrary to the climate narrative Last year saw the 2nd-lowest burn ever, just 0.03 percentage point above the lowest-ever in 2022 Why does media not tell us this? Instead, they mislead us, showing only places where it burns more Data: from satellites circling the planet 24/7, earthdata.nasa.gov/data/catalog/l…, 2025 is 2.198%, 2022 is 2.169% You can see all the references in my Twitter thread: x.com/BjornLomborg/s…

🚨15,000 pages of declassified MKUltra documents reveal a strange connection between top secret cleared CIA psychiatrists and the assassinations of JFK, RFK, and John Lennon, the Manson murders, the Oklahoma City bombing, and the creation of verified Manchurian candidate operatives using hypnosis, LSD, brain electrode implants, and sensory deprivation. Episode with Dr. Colin Ross is out now.

@ze_rusty Correct! Tho in Europe we're slowly getting the message. What do you know about it and its relation to D3 production? I suspect it's one of the reasons people can be D3 deficient even while walking around in the sun all day, for weeks/months on end.

A 12th-century Dutch cattle breed nearly vanished when the patrician estates disappeared The Lakenvelder was not a farm animal Kept on noble estates for 800 years But when the estates went, the breed went with them At one point only 300 animals remained It survived plague, French occupation, and 2 world wars One generation of class decline almost finished it The Lakenvelder still exists because a handful of breeders knew what was disappearing Most things that vanished had nobody watching

So maybe all the work i did in formatting the info for the Amazon published paperback will not have been useful as maybe i won't be allowed to put out the Woo Knewz.....we'll see. All this is probably just my paranoia....it's just a glitch in the matrix....
clif is antiselenite 🏴‍☠️@clif_high

Buyers are being told it is 'currently unavailable'. This is a fucking KINDLE book! Did Amazon run out of 1s and 0s? It's DIGITAL! So, now i must ask...what info did i pull out of the woo that is so upsetting and which mo'fo did i upset?

It's really well designed and replaced Todoist for me. It works with markdown, straight into an obsidian vault and is designed to work seamlessly with the TaskNotes plugin. It's the perfect mobile app for capturing tasks, getting notifications for tasks, etc. No AI agent yet, but thinking about trying to set something up when I have the time.

The AI bubble will burst in 1 to 1.5 years, but likely sooner. This will take down OpenAI, Meta AI will fail, Grok becomes a side-project, Gemini an AI-search engine. Only Anthropic will establish itself as the tool that AI is meant to be. Then again, what do i know?

Yea! I started with Claude, which didnt know the ICOR methodology yet, and just a random vault I had for obsidian. It was a nice looking mess with pretty emojis ... Then I explained ICOR and magic happened! It found things I missed and pointed at my mistakes - it really helped clear everything up. It's helping me triage my inboxes now, which I was not so good at.

@NielsHarteman That's the pattern I keep seeing. When someone has built their ICOR system properly first, Claude becomes a genuine accelerator. When they haven't, it just creates more polished confusion.

Quick follow-up on the MCP video: The reason this works for me isn't Claude. It's structure. Messy tools + AI = messy output at scale. ICOR methodology → structured tools → MCPs that actually help. Order matters. Link in my earlier post.
