163 minor boys trafficked across states like cargo—rescued from a train, not from a system. Let that sink in.
If 163 minor girls were found being trafficked, the nation would erupt. Prime-time outrage. Emergency panels. Hashtags. Speeches. But when the victims are boys, silence becomes policy.
Where are the child rights activists now?
Where are the feminist NGOs now?
Where are the politicians who claim to protect children?
Where is the media outrage now?
These boys were allegedly being sent for hard labour—stripped of childhood, safety, education, and dignity. This is not just trafficking. This is institutional failure.
Why are crimes against boys treated as background noise?
Why is male suffering always invisible until numbers become too large to ignore?
Why does society only react when victims fit a preferred narrative?
A child is a child. Exploitation does not change based on gender.
Until boys are given equal empathy, equal protection, and equal urgency, justice in this country remains selective and dishonest.

“Justice Sharma said that even if her relatives are empanelled on Government panels, Kejriwal was still required to show the proximity, relevance, and impact of such empanelment on the case in hand or on the decision-making power of the Court.” WRONG. ABSOLUTELY WRONG. How can the burden to “prove” this be put on a litigant? It is practically impossible. And hence the jurisprudence on recusal requires a litigant to not “prove” bias but only properly convey their “reasonable apprehension” of possible bias due to circumstances such as this. Justice Sharma has got it totally wrong here. The higher courts ought to correct this disastrous judgment on recusal.
