Today I've been remembering my Dad who was nine when WW2 started and who was proud to serve in the RAF for 25 years. Flt Sgt Skinner is pictured second row in the centre. We miss his highly amusing tales of service which took him all around the world. #TamesideVE75

For the last 2 weeks I have been fighting pneumonia brought on and accelerated by Covid-19. I wish to thank all my wonderful family and friends for their magnificent support. The paramedics who rushed me in, to the doctors and nurses at #Tameside_Hospital - you are inspirational
