@onenzofficial Can I just send an email giving my 30days notice? The terms and conditions just say 30 days in writing to leave. It says nothing about filling out a form which is ambiguous.

Hey there Nigel, we are sad to see you go, but will always be here if you do ever decide to come back. When they fill out the disconnection form (which is here - one.nz/help/my-one-nz…) you cancel your account for broadband, or your mobile service you can enter your preferred disconnection date.

@SKYNZ hi. I keep getting emails from sky which I don’t want to receive. I have unsubscribed from everyone in my account. The bottom of the email says “This email has important information about your account so you can’t unsubscribe.” How do I stop receiving these?
@ANZAotearoa hi. Every time I open the app it asked me which account to use for pay to mobile. Is there anyway to stop it asking me this every time I log on? It’s annoying. Thanks.

@vodafoneNZ hi. My credit card is charged automatically every month for my account. I have just had to cancel that card, the payment due next week to you won’t work. I can’t see a bank account number on the bill to pay that way, how can I sort this?

The reason I wrote them down is because it’s a game we play. Everyone gets a randomly generated digit, and we see which one comes up the most. It must be randomly generated, because if the kids chose their own number, the younger one gets number remorse, and keeps changing it.
