We spent a fair bit of time deliberating how to price @NotionHQ Custom Agents. We eventually landed on usage-based pricing, so you can pay for the work you get done. In this video, I explain our rationale in a bit more detail:
English

@benjaminshafii Ben wow can’t wait the whole openwork project is amazing👍
English

two focus of this week:
1. ship OpenWork Den (the best way to get ship your agentic flow to your teammates)
2. Increase reliability of all the tools I've shipped in the last 2 month
-- preparing for a big lift off in the coming week. everything i've been working on is finally coming together.
Benjamin Shafii | OpenWork (YC P26)@benjaminshafii
this will be shipped within openwork (in next few days). but it's standalone! and part of a growing list of small helper tools that you can use independently: - agent-mint (a bit broken right now): helps you create identity packs for your agents - opencode-router: is a way to connect telegram or slack to opencode - opencode-browser: is a w claude in chrome alternative for opencode - opencode-scheduler: a way to launch opencode cron jobs on a schedule - agent-bank: a cli-first banking experience to make bank transfers

@evernote @fedesimio Sorry you have killed it for me the sub increase is ridiculous…I can't opt out of Ai am paying for shit I don't need or want. I joined EN in 2010 Bspoons is after a different user I get it but man you can't complete with Ai and Claude code… FY all

@evielync @thesaraharminta Yes Ev we are waiting and the amazing ways you help us
English

@thesaraharminta Interesting! Confirms something I felt all of last year - the primary user interface for all our data will be chat and the n kale systems we’ve relied on will just be backend data.
I’m still in Tana everyday and looking forward to what they are cooking with AI this year.
English

@ctash @bendingspoons @evernote Absolutely.. as is Notion and others will follow it called lock-in and then rip off! I believe Obsidian really is future proof on this level
English

Sad to say, @bendingspoons has destroyed the @evernote community in a few years with these crazy price increases. This year more than doubles to $250!? I’ve been a paying customer for over a decade… no more!

English

@neilsuperduper It’s super Neil well done I hope 2026 is another fab year for SW!
English

@evielync Yes Ev that would be great I am thinking of doing the same. However what about our beloved Tana…no iOS native app…unless you know otherwise 😉
English

I’m seriously thinking about switching to the iPad Pro as my (mostly) main device.
- Ultra portability
- Touch screen
- Always connected internet
- Flexibility to use pencil or keyboard input.
I’ve been thinking about doing this for years and iPad OS 26 feels like it’s finally at a place where I can do it.
Should I document my journey/learnings?
English

@evielync Prompt Great Ev, thanks for all your work on Tana 🙏

Want dramatically better AI output?
Do this before your next conversation with ChatGPT 👇
Over the last 3 weeks inside my College of Knowledge community, we ran a sprint called “Design Your AI Chief of Staff.”
And one thing became painfully obvious:
Context is the difference between “kinda helpful” and “holy sh*t, this thing gets me.”
The best part?
You don’t need a 20-page autobiography to get there.
Or to feed it every note you've ever taken over the last 20 years.
You just need a Personal Context Profile - a simple 3 part framework that gets AI on the same page as you.
Here's the breakdown 👇
1// About You
Tell your AI who you are, how you think, and how you want it to work with you.
Your role, your voice, your preferences, your non-negotiables.(Not the internet’s generic version of you — you you.)
Stick around to the end — I’ll give you the exact prompt that extracts all this in under 10 minutes.
2// What’s Important Right Now
Your goals.
Your KPIs.
Your strategic priorities.
This helps AI understand where you are coming from and how to be aligned with you.
3// What’s Happening Right Now
Projects, tasks, meetings, deadlines, schedule. The week-to-week realities of your work.
This is how your AI goes from “smart assistant” → actual Chief of Staff.
4// Bonus: What's currently on your mind.
Fleeting notes, ideas & half formed thoughts. Anything you've been thinking about in the last 7-10 days.
This gives it the context of your current state of mind.
We use Tana to keep our Personal Context Profile live and always up to date (pulling from the notes in our system).
But if you’re on ChatGPT or Claude, set it up as a project and load the context manually.
Great AI output is 80% context, 20% prompting.
The better it knows you, the better it performs for you.
If you want the exact voice-prompt I use to generate your Personal Context Profile in under 10 minutes, drop “PROFILE” in the comments and I’ll send it to you.

I’ll share a small part of pickle.com
Back in med school, I became obsessed with augmenting memory and dreamed of a Notion or Obsidian that completes itself. Today, we’ve built something close.
My self-awareness is sharper and everything feels connected. I genuinely believe AI does not replace humans. It amplifies us.
Huge respect to our engineers and designers who made this crazy thing real.
Bubbles are the episodic units of my life that the system interprets from my raw data. Clouds are the system’s questions, its hypotheses about who I am.
When I answer a cloud, it becomes a bubble again.
There is so much personal data that I cannot fully demo it. Wish I could. This system understands me more deeply than anyone.
Want to try it? Retweet and comment “memory.”
I’ll DM you an access code to skip the waitlist.
