codex got noticeably nerfed past few days. ran several tasks for 20+ hours, none finished. switched to claude code, done in 30 min. something's off @thsottiaux

@DerekNee @thsottiaux yeah, I noticed not only codex but gemini 3.5 flash the speed it claimed both became unbearably slow around the same time. I think Codex is on the cusp of releasing a new version usually they nerf the current top model around update a bit to make their new version feel better.

@adidshaft @thsottiaux yeah /goal was solid like a week ago. i usually kick off tasks before bed and let it run overnight — quality is harder to judge objectively but speed is measurably slower, no question.
