@IsThisA3DModel What stood out was the weird dust effect at the shaving. Closer look shows that the knife was actually carving into the face. The effect was edited in post in order to hide the flaw and it probably isn't the only thing that got careful touching up.

It doesn't think, it doesn't plan or exhibit thought processes. It just statistically reconstruct a image based on contextual data. Which we randomize via noise.
