This is ridiculous. I'm going to move heaven and earth to fix this. @TeamYouTube wrongly demonetized my channel Jortx on April 17 for "Inauthentic Content." This is CLEARLY AN ERROR and it puts my entire business at risk. - The channel has 5 VIDEOS in 4 months. - Each takes 3+ weeks to produce. - 10-20 day gaps between uploads. This is literally the OPPOSITE of mass-produced. Clearly collateral damage from an automated AI ban wave. Please, just LOOK at my history: • 3+ years on YouTube • Multiple channels, 500K+ subscribers combined • Millions of views, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars generated for YouTube • NOT A SINGLE STRIKE. Ever. • 10+ people depending on this work full-time A single qualified human looking at this account for 30 seconds would immediately see this is a mistake. Instead, all my channels are now at risk because of one false accusation from an algorithm. What I've done: • Public tweet to @TeamYouTube yesterday → replied with a generic automated message that doesn't even address my case • DMs on X → no reply • Formal legal appeal to yt-partner-support@google.com today citing EU Digital Services Act (Articles 14, 15, 17, 20) The response? An automated email sent back 1 SECOND later. Screenshot below ⬇️ AI banning. AI responding. Zero humans. This is exactly what Article 20 DSA exists to prevent. As a European creator, if my case is not properly reviewed by a qualified human, I will escalate under the EU Digital Services Act (Articles 17 & 20) to the Spanish Digital Services Coordinator and the European Commission. @YouTube , this is not optional. It's binding EU law. This goes against common sense AND the law. We need to cut this out at the root, before no one is safe. Please RT and tag @TeamYouTube to the death. Please. @cybercpu @nailath_vt That makes no sense. If people dont like ai slop they just bury the video by skipping it early killing avg view duration. The algorithm would not recommend the videos and thats all.

@nailath_vt No, the problem is advertisers don't want their ads to run on AI generated slop. Since AI generated content makes up an estimated 20% of videos on YouTube it's becoming a catastrophic problem. So YouTube is trying to do everything they can to curb the issue.

My newest conspiracy theory: Either Youtube's "inauthentic Content" Bot is faulty and to aggressive... OR Youtube is in financial trouble: - they reduce the requirements of partners from 1000 to 500 Subs. - they increase the amounts of Ad's. - they make content creators pay for their own Video promotion. - they add Youtube Premium to reduce Ads. - they use an aggressive Bot to cancel Partnerships to avoid paying Creators, because a bunch will just give up or have no way to appeal the decision to get earnings back. Tell me im wrong.

Yo creo que es muy caro intentar ser Streamer mediano que genere 1-2k/mes en España, en el meta actual. Debido a la 0 descubribilidad del mundo del streaming, la distribución es la clave, pero para que haya éxito en la distribución, tienes que planear muy bien los contenidos y/o tener una marea de clippers que extraigan y publiquen miles de clips en otras plataformas. Además, de tener un editor que condense BIEN el stream para YouTube y que sepa trabajar miniaturas y contenidos actuales. Al final, para hacer 1-2k al mes haciendo streaming tienes que invertir durante meses 1-2k en todo ese “personal”. Y aún así lo normal es que no te salga bien porque necesitas carisma y experiencia delante de la cámara.

No voy a continuar con la suscripción de VidRush, el resultado conseguido dista mucho de lo que busco a nivel de contenido y bueno, de resultados ya ni hablamos.
