Anthony Gordon is a superstar wide forward, the exact winger profile FC Barcelona needs right now. At just 24, he brings relentless pressing and defending, explosive pace, smart back-post runs, and the ability to both hold width and drift inside. He’s dangerous in transitions, capable of beating his man, scoring goals, and even filling in as a striker. The real problem is the price. Around €70m and below feels reasonable, but it’s hard to see Newcastle United letting him go for that especially with interest from clubs like Bayern Munich and potentially others in the Premier League. A bidding war looks likely, and that’s where Barcelona could struggle to compete financially.

According to L'Équipe - Newcastle have already made contact with Lens over a deal for 21yo goalkeeper Robin Risser. The French stopper is the club's first choice to become their new No.1 next season. Lens want around €40m for Risser which could be a bargain as he is seen as someone with high potential. #NUFC This is the kind of player we need going forward.

@ToonPolls Howe hasn't beaten them once in 5 attempts, almost as bad as Bournemouth. 2 of those 5 wins were in the championship under Rafa. One was a friendly. The other 2 were in Howes first 2 years at the club.

@Nightwaves1 @atjg__ Football isn’t perfect mate. Never has been, never will be. Until this season the 3 full seasons we’ve finished 4th, 7th and 5th. Look up the history of the club. That’s a way better return than our average PL finishing position. We won a trophy for first time in 70 years

@FishandChipsNE @atjg__ Yes that's great, but you're forgetting. Bad performances becoming increasingly more as the seasons have went on. Last season yes we won a cup which is amazing, but you forget how bad we were from aug - December then April til now. There's no excuses any other club moves him on.
