90% of the time claude code messes up for me is because it compacted and lost context... very frustrating

We just bought warp (dot) co for $100K. I debated this decision for months. Most of our team thought it was too expensive. We've been running the company on joinwarp (dot) com since we started. I still remember when I hit purchase on that domain – a total of $12.99. It was the night before our YC batch started. I didn't have a logo. I didn't have a customer. I barely had a product. Since then, that domain has processed over $500M in transactions. We've grown revenue 5x, two years in a row, on track for a third. Our team has tripled in just the last 4 months. So today, we're upgrading the domain. Our customers trust us with one of the most critical pieces of their business infrastructure – their employee management. A 4-letter domain is worth it. We're here for the long-term. This year, the foundation we spent two years building is compounding. Pipeline is the strongest it's ever been. We're signing customers faster than we can hire. Shipping new capabilities every single week. 2 years ago, it was a $12.99 domain and a thesis. Today, it’s warp (dot) co

Thrilled to announce @Lux_Capital's latest $1.5B fund - grateful to continue to partner with founders inventing the future building the most essential infrastructure across AI, automation & bio. Just getting started! 🚀
Lux Capital@Lux_Capital

We started Lux in 2000 with a simple conviction: the biggest opportunities lie at the frontier of science and technology that others find too hard, too early, or too confusing. Twenty-five years later, that conviction hasn't changed. What has changed is that the world has caught on. Now compute, automation, and biology have matured into scalable engineering disciplines, and what was once fringe "deep tech" has become essential infrastructure. New talent, new tools, and new industrial capacity now exist to turn the most cutting-edge technology across the physical, computational, and life sciences into enduring businesses. For these businesses and founders to become category-defining winners, they need meaningful capital and conviction. That is why we are especially excited to announce our largest fund to date, Lux Ventures IX, a $1.5B commitment to investing in the people turning sci-fi into sci-fact. Today entire sectors of aerospace, biotech, defense, industrials, transportation and beyond are being reinvented by a new generation of brilliantly ambitious, often irreverent, scientists and engineers. And while markets have changed and capital reshapes around fewer companies and larger checks, our focus on the craft remains constant. That focus matters because science doesn’t scale itself. The path from a result in the lab, only known to a few, to something durable the entire world will use requires a different kind of partnership. One that deploys the first $100K and the last $100M, that stays through the full arc of company-building, that mobilizes a powerful network of kinetic like-minded founders, and that treats capital as a tool rather than the product. Forty-four people at Lux now manage $7B, still operating with the same discipline and purpose we had on day one. We find and fund founders others have overlooked, back conviction over consensus, and build alongside these rebels of science and tech at every stage. We’re grateful to our valued LPs who've partnered with us through multiple cycles, and to the founders who trust us with their life's work. The mission continues, with even greater intensity and momentum. luxcapital.com/news/announcin…

is the main reason nvidia is still on 4 nm node mostly cost? or maybe also yield because 3 nm is mostly used for low-power uses like apple's m-series chips that are small die? because 2 nm is coming very soon...

Excited to share Pearl from Genesis Molecular AI (yes, we've updated our name!): the first co-folding model to clearly surpass AlphaFold 3 on protein-ligand structure prediction. Unlike LLMs that train on vast public data, drug discovery AI faces fundamental data scarcity. Our 3D foundation model – #pearlAI – solves this with physics-based synthetic data generation and an innovative, controllable, architecture that leverages equivariant neural networks and an improved ability to leverage 3D templates as structural priors for in-context learning. Pearl is already deployed on live programs. Grateful to our incredible team and @NVIDIA for this collaboration. Read more: genesis.ml/news/introduci…

It's Ship Week @joinwarp – 4 days, 4 major launches. Day 1: An ultra-powerful Time-off Tracking Engine Now you can build PTO and time-off policies as flexible as your team in just a few clicks: - Custom types (sick leave, parental, sabbaticals, bio breaks) - Minute-by-minute tracking (half-days that actually work) - Any accrual formula (X days per Y hours worked, caps, carry-over) - Prorated for new hires - Auto-approved breaks All without spreadsheets or calling support. Rolling out this week 🚀

Humans invented software to free ourselves from manual work. Somehow, we still waste billions of hours clicking across websites. Today, @joinkaizen launches to fulfill that original promise. Announcing our $4M raise from @8VC and the public launch of the Kaizen platform.
