Maybe a fix for the AI bots here is a [ Report as AI ] button @nikitabier It would add a human input to the AI bot detection which then an AI could investigate and de-rank the account if there's enough reports Obviously need to build in failsafes so it's not abused to take down accounts but Community Notes shows you can have an algorithm that makes sure that doesn't happne

I strongly agree with 5 of these, but PG also wanted me to change the name Reddit and get rid of Snoo (which I'd designed) -- very happy to have ignored that particular advice.

AI will destroy the internet. Slop will drive out human-created content on platform after platform. Instead of interacting with someone else's slop, people will just make their own slop with AI apps. There will be no online human-to-human interaction left. Note: This is good

One underappreciated thing about the new summarize feature is that instead of just slapping the Grok button on top of X articles, they summarize it once and index it. Saves a ton on inference for them and the user (also instant) Great work by @nikitabier and @X as usual

@nikitabier i dont mean for a full KYC i just mean for a quick verification check, which you can actually do via face id. it wouldn't prove much more than the fact that a human being was at the phone at the time of posting, but that's at least something right

Today’s Terafab announcement reminded me of when I first met Elon: I watched him do 10 hours of xAI reviews without a break—and then he ate a $9 Doordash burrito and kept going until 2am. He could do anything right now, but instead he spends every waking minute earnestly working on the most ambitious project imaginable to advance humanity.
