For years Germany was told that millions of Syrian refugees could never safely return because Syria was too dangerous. The German government was told refugee resettlement was temporary and humanitarian. So what happened? Instead of integration, many Europeans increasingly see parallel societies, street prayers, rising tensions, hostility toward local norms, and growing fears about extremism and political Islam. Now Germany wants to send hundreds of thousands back… and guess what - Syria says no. The real question is: If Syria is stable enough to reject their return, why was Europe expected to absorb them indefinitely? Did they expect integration into European society or the gradual import of parallel norms, sectarian politics, and demands that Europe itself adapt to political Islam instead?

🇸🇾🇩🇪 Syria has rejected Germany’s plan to return over 700,000 Syrian refugees to their home country. "We categorically reject any attempts at forced deportation,” said Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani. He added that Syrians in Germany are a “strategic resource” rather than a burden.

Italian PM Meloni: If you do not know how to defend yourself, if you ask someone else to guarantee your security, you will pay for it in terms of autonomy, sovereignty, and the ability to defend your national interests. Defense spending is the price of freedom, and I want Italy to be a free nation.

Nothing to see here, just the son of the President marrying the daughter of the accountant of a notorious child sex trafficker who was best friends with the groom's father. Oh, wait, you didn't know Junior's current new wife is the daughter of Jeffrey Epstein's accountant?

Hi, this week I’ve decided to analyse the attacks on Russian logistics, which have intensified significantly over the last two months. A post on this topic will be published every day this week at around 8 pm. For most of this war, Russian rear-area logistics in occupied Ukraine sat in a comfortable zone - somewhere between 80 and 200 km behind the line of contact. Too far for FPVs, too low-priority for ATACMS, too small for Storm Shadow. Convoys moved by daylight. Fuel trucks queued at depots. Trains crawled along the Donetska Railway with minimal protection. In May 2026, that zone collapsed. The system doing the work is the Hornet - a fixed-wing, catapult-launched, one-way attack drone built by Perennial Autonomy, a US company founded by former Google CEO Eric Schmidt. Wingspan around 2 metres, warhead up to 5 kg, range 100–150 km on a normal ground launch. The interesting parts are the guidance and the link. Hornet uses a Starlink terminal for command and control, which makes it effectively immune to the field-deployable Russian EW kit aimed at radio-controlled FPVs, and it carries onboard machine-vision AI that auto-locks on moving targets. Russian milbloggers cited in ISW reporting concede that once the drone has locked, jamming does nothing. Then Ukrainian operators added a balloon. Around 20 May, a Hornet was carried by high-altitude balloon to 8 km altitude and released roughly 42 km from launch. It used about 5% of its battery getting to release height, which effectively doubles the strike envelope to around 300 km. The implication is that a single operator sitting in Ukrainian-held Zaporizhzhia Oblast can now put munitions on targets across the entire depth of the occupied south and into the Crimean approaches. Geolocated footage from May confirmed at least 35 Russian vehicles struck along the M-14, M-18 inside occupied Crimea, and the Donetsk City road network. The 1st Azov Corps published footage of Hornet strikes on the T-0509/H-20 Mariupol–Donetsk highway at 95–120 km depth and claimed reach out to 160 km on the M-14. On 10 May, Russian-side footage actually captured two Hornets crossing paths mid-air over occupied Donetsk - drone density in the rear has reached the point where AI-autonomous platforms are flying past each other on separate hunts. On 25 May, ISW published a special assessment titled "Ukraine's Intermediate-Range Strike Campaign and New Mechanized Attacks Herald the Start of a New Phase of the War." The argument is precise: Ukraine has broken Russia's monopoly on dynamic targeting at operational depth, and the systematic patrolling of GLOCs at 95–160 km is the threshold. Individual strikes were possible before. Persistent threat across an entire highway corridor is new. The downstream effect is behavioural. Russian drivers reportedly abandon vehicles the moment they pick up an inbound drone, which degrades throughput regardless of whether the munition connects. Convoy dispersal, time-of-day variation, and route avoidance are all reported, though hard to document from open sources. The Pentagon noticed: on 19 May, Perennial Autonomy received a $500 million IDIQ contract for counter-drone systems. Russia's only working countermeasure right now is the mobile internet shutoff - which doesn't affect Starlink-linked Hornets and breaks civilian life in the occupied territories. The autonomy roadmap that Russian milbloggers project - full GPS-denied operation within 6–12 months - means even that gap is closing. The video shows a compilation of attacks on Russian convoys that have taken place over the past month Sources in the comment below If you appreciate what I do, I'd really appreciate your financial support. Thanks a lot! buymeacoffee.com/WarDroneX

@kmathernova Dear you need to do some research. NATO via Ukraine has been targeting Russia for at least 45+ years. If Russia had weapons and bases in Mexico and Canada the United States would declare war.

@StephanAJensen Do you know anything about modern rockets? Especially Russian ones? First, they do not target civilians like Ukrainians do since they even target their own people. Second IF this was a Russian missile impact, there would be nothing left for you to advertise about. So please dude.

This coffee shop in Kyiv opened yesterday, then got hit by a russian air strike just hours later. Today, they're still open and people in Kyiv are lining up to buy a coffee to support them, stepping over debris and broken glass on the way in. FYI, the coffee is excellent 🇺🇦

Putin literally wasted 60 missiles and 600 drones just to appease an enraged Russian public due the targeting of a school dormitory by Ukraine that killed 20 school children and not to establish deterrence. He still refuses to hit the right targets to establish deterrence.
