Russian launched ballistic and cruise missiles and drones on residential areas in the cities of Dnipro and Odesa, according to state and local authorities. The attack in Dnipro began at 7pm Sunday and lasted until Monday morning, injuring 19 adults and two children. In Odesa, drones struck civilian buildings, including a kindergarten, wounding one boy and an elderly man.
