@AlicePlez16 @British_Airways @British_Airways are so horrible similar situation we had a while back , cancelled us at the gate at 11pm at night 200 miles from home. Simply told us to call a call centre when they knew full well it was closed over a weekend

2 weeks ago @British_Airways bumped me from my flight after check in bc they’d oversold it & didn’t tell me. I spent 18 hours in Istanbul airport, missed tickets to watch the historic England women rugby match & lost money. Still yet to hear anything back - honestly disgraceful
